Last Week

Last week there was a lot going on. On Wednesday I went to Morgan's 2nd grade field trip to Cranbrook Science museum here in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. To the left is a picture of her in a tortoise shell there.

On Friday she had a Variety(talent) Show at here Elementary school. I ended up MCing the event. Jenna had been asked to do it at the last minute and I volunteered to do it for her. I have less problems embarrassing myself in front of large groups of people. We had a huge turn-out and Morgan sang a solo from High School Musical. Here is a picture of me MCing and Morgan singing at the event.

On Saturday I drove to Pennsylvania. Attended Uncle Wayne's wedding on Sunday and drove back to Michigan on Monday. It was great to see my Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and other relatives I rarely get a chance to see. Also I did get a very nice Audi A8L (http://www.audiusa.com/) to drive for the weekend, so the trip was in style!

Morgan's Singing Class

Here's a picture from Morgan's singing class. Tuesday night they had their final class and did a performance for the parents. Morgan of course did a great job. She even did a solo.

Build a Bear

We all went to Build a Bear for Morgan and Ethan to get a stuffed animal. This was their prize for getting along. We had a chart that we filled out daily to help them to not fight with each other.

Drew enjoyed looking around the room, but really loved the computers. Below is a picture of him at a registration computer.

Morgan's Choir Concert: Thursday March 6th

We had quite a busy week. Morgan had a choir concert, Jenna had a Relief Society Activity she helped plan, Ethan, Drew has been getting some teeth and I was in Virginia for a few days for a Career Fair(recruiting for our open positions). Poor Jenna!

Below is a video clip(our first with our new camera) from the concert that Jenna took. It is a little shaky, because Drew was on Jenna's lap and I was out of town so Jenna had be the camera lady and Mom. Morgan is in the top left portion of the screen. She and a friend move back and forth a lot.

Busy Saturday

Today (Saturday March 1st)Ethan had a lot going on. To the left is a picture from his Pre-School's VIP(Grandparent) Day. Unfortunately the nearby Granparents couldn't attend. :(
Grandpa Hofer is away and Grandma Hofer works at the temple on Saturdays, so Morgan was selected as Ethan's VIP. The theme was Hawaiian Luau.(Jenna was in charge of the event, so there was a lot of time spent this week preparing)

Then in the afternoon Ethan had a birthday party to attend at the Pump It Up. A playland with inflatable toys for kids to climb and jump on. I took Ethan and Drew, since Jenna was going to a special party with Uncle Tom. Drew had a blast jumping on the inflatables and sliding down the inflatable slides.

Morgan had the event with Ethan this morning and then a HUGE event for her. She went with her friend Autumn to High School Musical on Ice here at the Palace of Auburn Hills(where the Pistons play). High School Musical is a huge thing with kids her age. She had a blast and came back with some goodies.

Jenna was busy with VIP day and then headed to a party for Uncle Tom with Mom Hofer in the evening.

Drew and I were the dull people today. We shoveled more snow from the sidewalk and driveway. Ran errands like grocery shopping, paid bills, and posted on the blog.
